Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")


The Company is pleased to announce that at its EGM held earlier today the
resolution proposed to increase the Directors' authorities to allot Ordinary
Shares to enable them to carry out a proposed placing of up to 45,000,000 new
Ordinary Shares, as detailed in an announcement made on 22 March 2005, was duly
passed.


With the authorities in place, the Company will now proceed with the placing and
a further announcement will be made in due course.
