Mr Chu joined McKinsey's Tokyo office in 1984 and in 1986 moved
to the Hong Kong office where he was the first associate in the
office. He was the first locally elected Asia partner in 1991 and
also the first locally elected Asian Director (senior partner) in
1997. He has led McKinsey's Greater China Consumer Goods, Retail
and Healthcare practices. He also served clients in leisure and
entertainment, transportation, industrial, property and private
equity industries. He was the Managing Partner of the Hong Kong
office from 1997 to 2003 and Chairman of the Organisation Practice
in Greater China from 2009 to 2011.
Mr Chu was a board member of the Hong Kong Management
Association from 1997 to 2007. He graduated with magna cum laude
from Princeton University and has an MBA from the University of
Chicago.
Helen Wong
Helen Wong is the founder of Lapis Global Limited ("Lapis").
Prior to Lapis, Ms Wong was formerly the CEO of Cushman &
Wakefield Capital Asia ("CWCA"), and the chief architect of
building the Asia Investment Management and Investment Banking
platform for Cushman & Wakefield. With former team members of
CWCA, Ms Wong established a Hong Kong based investment management
and advisory firm, Lapis Global Limited. Ms Wong has over 25 years
of finance and operational experience in the US and Asia. Prior to
CWCA, Ms Wong was the Managing Director of IFIL Asia, responsible
for Asian direct investment activities of IFIL SpA (now
EXOR/Agnelli Family) whose diverse interests range from financial
services to automotive manufacturing (Fiat Chrysler Automotive). As
the Co-CEO of Lazard Asia Fund, Ms Wong led a number of significant
ground breaking transactions in Asia. Ms Wong has held various
other senior executive positions including CFO of Richard Li's
Pacific Century Regional Developments Ltd, and executive roles with
the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and the Hong Kong
Provisional Airport Authority which was responsible for designing
and developing Hong Kong's international airport. Throughout her
career, Ms Wong has held numerous board positions on both publicly
and privately held vehicles.

from the requisition received from the Requisitionist. They have
not been verified by the Company, the Board or any of its or their
advisers.
Alpay Ece
Alpay Ece (43) is an experienced investment banker and closed
end fund investment professional. From 1992-2013 Mr Ece was
employed by Landesbank Berlin, latterly as a director in their
Structured Products division. There he focused on investments in
closed end funds targeting emerging markets such as China, India
and Vietnam, with a particular emphasis on investment into funds
focused on illiquid asset classes such as private equity and real
estate. Mr Ece has recently established a new emerging markets
focused investment management business, EM Value AG. This focuses
on investing in emerging markets, in many instances focusing on
investing in illiquid assets. Mr Ece is resident in Germany.
Sean Hurst
Sean Hurst (50) is an experienced closed end fund investment
professional with extensive experience of shareholder activism in
closed end funds. Originally a closed end fund trader and salesman
in London, he moved to Paris to establish BNP Paribas' closed end
fund investment and arbitrage desk in 1998 which he ran for 7
years. In 2005 he founded Albion Asset Management in Paris to
continue with the same investment strategy and approach. He
subsequently joined Laxey Partners in 2009, moving to Axiom
Alternative Investments from 2011-13. He has previously been a
director of a hedge fund (The Peninsular Alpha Fund which invested
in India equities) as well as a director of a fund investing in
closed end funds (The Albion Fund). Mr. Hurst is currently advising
investment management groups on the potential for launching new
closed end funds. Mr. Hurst is resident in France.
Cosimo Borrelli
Cosimo Borrelli (47) is a Chartered Accountant with over 20
years of experience in formal and informal corporate restructuring
insolvency, forensic accounting and financial investigations. He is
a co-founder of Borrelli Walsh, which is currently retained as a
consultant to ARC. His Professional Affiliations and Academic
Qualifications include Member of the Hong Kong Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, Member of the Restructuring and
Insolvency Faculty of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public
Accountants, Registered Appointment Taker with the Official
Receiver's Office in Hong Kong, Member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants in Australia and Member of the Insolvency
Practitioners Association of Australia. He has served on the boards
of Global Invacom Limited (listed in Singapore) and Berlian Laju
Tanker Tbk (listed in Indonesia) and has previously served on a
number of boards in Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States of
America. Mr. Borrelli regularly advises listed and private fund in
distressed and wind down situations. Mr. Borrelli is resident in
Hong Kong.
