Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for the listing of 10,000 ordinary shares of Arriva of 5p each. These
were allotted on 19 May 2003 of which 5,000 were in respect of an application
under the Share Incentive Scheme and 5,000 were in respect of an application
under the Executive Share Option Scheme.
