                       Statement re share price movement                       

The Company has noted the recent rise in the price of its shares and advises
that it knows of no reason for such a rise, other than that it is progressing
in line with its plans as stated in the AIM Admission document published on 30
December, 2005. The Directors stated therein that they intended to use part of
the net proceeds of the placing to build up the sales and marketing and
customer support team and for further technical development. The Directors
confirm that the Company has recruited additional sales personnel and it has
continued the development of its software applications for the provision of
secure transmission of voice and data over the Internet for businesses.
