                             Director Shareholding                             

The Company announces that it has today issued 16,198 ordinary shares at 58p
per share (being the closing middle market price on 17 July 2007) to the Right
Honourable Michael Howard QC MP, Non-Executive Director.

The shares have been issued in lieu of fees payable to Mr Howard as a Non
Executive Director of the Company. Mr Howard now holds 73,089 ordinary shares,
which is equivalent to 0.18 per cent. of the enlarged issued voting share
capital of the Company.

Following the issue of the ordinary shares, the Company will have 40,453,276
ordinary shares in issue. Application will be made for the shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in these shares are expected to commence
on 24 July 2007.
