BB Holdings Limited announces acquisition of shares

Belize City, Belize, November  12, 2007 - BB Holdings Limited (London - AIM:
BBHL) (the "Company") has been notified that Lord Michael Ashcroft KCMG, the
Chairman of the Company, acquired 39,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an
average price of #2.28 per share on November 7, 2007.

His total beneficial holding in the Company following this acquisition increased
to 44,845,287 ordinary shares representing 71.69 per cent of the total issued
share capital.
