Bourne End has been informed that on 8 November 1999 Insureprofit Limited
acquired an interest in 2,441,379 Ordinary Shares representing 3.52% of the
issued share capital of Bourne End.

Insureprofit Limited is owned 50% by Starpoint Estates Limited and 50% by
Spenman Properties Limited.  Starpoint Estates Limited is owned 33.33% by
Peter Klimt, 33.33% by Ian Stoutzker and 33.33% by Forwardissue Limited a
company owned by Guy Naggar and his wife.  Peter Klimt, Ian Stoutzker and Guy
Naggar are directors of Dawnay, Day International Limited and Peter Klimt is a
director of Bourne End.
