                                ISSUE OF EQUITY



Betbrokers plc announces that it has issued and allotted 3,731,436 new ordinary
shares of 0.25p (the "New Shares"), at a deemed consideration of 4p, in lieu of
payment to three of its ambassadors and a consultant.  Application has been made
for the admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM, which is expected to take
place on 19 December 2007.



Following the admission of the New Shares there will be 308,397,753 ordinary
shares of 0.25p in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote.
