    Subsidiary placed into Administration
    Suspension

    Betbrokers plc, (AIM: BETB), announces that one of its subsidiaries, Betbrokers Limited, has been placed into administration today. 

    Currently the Company is unable to fully ascertain the effect of this on the Company's financial position. 

    The Company's shares on AIM have been suspended temporarily with effect from Tuesday 26 August 2008 until the full implications have
become clear.
