Biofutures is please to announce that the Resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today were duly passed.

Furthermore, the Company announces that the Finance Director and Company Secretary, Clive Purdy, has resigned due to other commitments. A further announcement will be made once the Company has appointed suitable replacements.
