Bulgarian Land Development Plc (the "Company"), the AIM listed Bulgarian 
residential and commercial development company, received notification on 27 
November 2009 that AG Capital Management Limited, a company controlled by 
Christo Iliev and Dimitar Savov (executive directors of the Company), conducted 
an off market transfer of 4,763,490 ordinary shares for nil consideration on 25 
November 2009. The purpose of the transfer was merely to move part of AG Capital 
Management Limited's shareholding from one nominee account to another, in the 
interests of reducing monthly account-related bank charges. The acquisition cost 
of the shares remains as 26p per share. 
 
 
The beneficial interest of AG Capital Management Limited following this transfer 
is unchanged at 10,654,988 ordinary shares representing c.26.64 % of the total 
issued share capital of the Company (of which ordinary shares 1,425,000 are held 
directly by Christo Iliev, 95,000 are held directly by Dimitar Savov and 
9,134,988 are held by AG Capital Management Limited).
