PROPOSED CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION TO TRADING ON AIM 
AND RE-REGISTRATION AS A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY 
 
 
On 21 December 2009, the Board of the Company announced that it had decided to 
seek shareholders' approval for the cancellation of the Company's admission to 
trading on AIM ("Cancellation"). 
 
 
The Company is pleased to announced that a circular convening the required 
General Meeting been posted to shareholders today.  At the General Meeting, 
resolutions will be put to shareholders to approve both the Cancellation and the 
re-registration of the Company as a private limited company.
