The Board of Black Rock (stock code: BLR) announces that it was informed on 6
August 2007 that on 3 August 2007, following an acquisition of voting rights,
Barclays Bank PLC, through Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard Investment
Management Ltd, holds the total voting rights attaching to 1,535,940 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company representing 7.30% of the
total voting rights in the Company.
