    The Board of Black Rock (stock code: BLR) announces that it was informed on 12 May 2008 that Barclays PLC through Barclays Stockbrokers
Ltd held the total voting rights attaching to 2,399,971 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing 7.46% of the total
voting rights in the Company.

    The Company was further informed on 14 May 2008 that Barclays PLC through Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd now holds the total voting rights
attaching to 2,620,198 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing 8.15% of the total voting rights in the Company.
