Further to the Company's earlier announcement in relation to the change of
name, the Company can confirm that the change of name to B.S.D. Crown Ltd and
corresponding ticker/TIDM change to BSD will become effective on the London
Stock Exchange with effect from 8.00am tomorrow morning. A further announcement
will be made when the name change has become effective.
