Valuation of further property
The Directors included in the Company's Interim Statement which was released on
22nd March 2007, the details of the valuations of the Company's properties which
Colliers International had carried out.
Colliers have subsequently undertaken a valuation of the Sofia Commercial Centre
which the Company acquired on 1st February 2007 for Euro24,836,000. Colliers has
valued the site as at 16 April 2007 at Euro29,389,000 and the revaluation surplus
produced by this valuation would be equivalent to 4.3p per share.
All the Groups properties are held as trading assets and in accordance with the
Group's accounting policies, such assets are not re-valued in its accounts.
Adjusting for the revaluation surplus mentioned in the Interim Statement of 6.9p
per share and the revaluation surplus in respect of the Sofia Commercial Centre
of 4.3p per share, the Group's net asset value per share as at 31 December 2006
would have been equivalent to 61.3p per share.
