Pursuant to Rule 2.10 of the Takeover Code, the Company announces that,
following the admission to trading on AIM today of 175,530 ordinary shares of
25p each, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 106,966,187
ordinary shares with a nominal value of 25p per share with voting rights of one
vote per ordinary share.
