Brammer plc has today been advised by AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd that AXA
S.A. and its Group Companies have an interest in 6,017,125 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 12.56% of its issued ordinary share capital.


These shares are represented by a beneficial interest of 568,909 shares (1.19%)
and a non-beneficial interest of 5,448,216 shares (11.37%)


This notification of change is due to a decrease in the non-beneficial interest
holding from 12.20% to 11.37%.
