In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we

Brammer plc's capital consists of 47,990,483 ordinary shares with voting rights
as at 30 March 2007.



Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brammer plc is 47,990,483 as at
30 March 2007.



The above figure (47,990,483) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change of their interest in, Brammer plc under the FSA's
