                      ("Brinkley Mining" or the "Company") 
                            Substantial Shareholding 
 
Brinkley Mining was informed on 1 February 2010 that on 1 February 2010 Eurogold 
Limited ("Eurogold") acquired 39,500,000 Brinkley Mining ordinary shares of 
0.15p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.45p 
per Ordinary Share. Accordingly, Eurogold is interested in aggregate in 
143,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 40.13 per cent. of the Company's total 
voting rights. Peter Gunzburg, Chairman of the Company, is also Chairman of 
Eurogold. 
 
The Company was also informed on 1 February 2010 that on 1 February 2010 Atomaer 
Holdings Pty Limited ("Atomaer") sold 39,500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 
1.45p per Ordinary Share. Accordingly, Atomaer no longer has an interest in 
Ordinary Shares. Clayton Dodd, a director of the Company, is also an alternate 
director of Atomaer.
