                                 Court Meeting 
 
The Board of Brinkley Mining announces that at the Court Meeting held earlier 
today in connection with the proposed acquisition of Brinkley Mining by Eurogold 
Limited by way of a Scheme of Arrangement, the Scheme was sanctioned. 
 
As a result of this Court Meeting, and as set out in the Scheme Document, 
Brinkley's Ordinary Shares have been suspended from trading on AIM with effect 
from 7.30am this morning.
