    Notice of General Meeting


    Black Raven Properties plc (AIM: BRP), the property company focussed on Portugal, has received a requisition to convene a General
Meeting of the Company, which meeting has been requisitioned by a member holding not less than 10% of the issued share capital of the
Company, to consider resolutions to remove two members of the current Board of Directors of the Company. The Company is evaluating the
requisition and if such requisition is properly constituted will issue notice to convene a general meeting within the regulatory timeframe.
