    Board Change

    The Board of Burst Media Corporation ("Burst" or the "Company") announces that its Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, Susan
Villare, has informed the Board of her intention to leave the Company to pursue another opportunity. Susan will remain with the Company
until 20 June 2008. 

    The Company will be appointing a suitable replacement and a further announcement will be made in due course.

    Commenting on the departure of Ms. Villare, Chief Executive Jarvis Coffin said, "I would like to thank Susan for her contributions to
the Company and for her service to the Board. I wish her well in her future endeavour.

    Susan built a very seasoned finance and reporting team during her tenure.  Kathy Simpson, Director of Finance and Controller, and Mark
McKenney, Director of External Reporting, Planning and Analysis, collectively have over 40 years of financial experience and will report
directly to me in the near term.

    The results of the strategic review currently being undertaken by the Board will not be affected by Susan's departure and we look
forward to providing a trading update on 24 July 2008."
