As set out in the results announced on 18 May 2006, the Directors are
recommending a final dividend of 10.0 US cents per ordinary share of 1p each
("Ordinary Shares"). The following information is confirmed with respect to this
dividend:

Record Date:                                 11 August 2006

Ex Date:                                     9 August 2006


The dividend will be payable in Sterling at the prevailing rate on 11 September
2006.
