                            Directors Shareholdings


The Company was informed today that Mr. Chris Callaway, a non-executive director
of the Company, had today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 140 pence each. Following this purchase Mr.
Chris Callaway has an interest in 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per
cent. of the issued share capital.
