              Response to recent announcements and press coverage


The Directors of Interactive Gaming Holdings Plc (AiM: IGH), the online sports
betting and gaming operator, note the recent regulatory announcements released
by BETonSPORTS plc together with the adverse reaction by the market towards the
online sportsbetting / casino sector in general.

IGH wishes to reiterate the Boards long standing policy of not taking wagers
from the US.  The Company operates predominantly in the UK and emerging markets,
where on-line gaming is entirely legal.  The Company continues to increase its
presence in these markets as well as other legal gaming markets and is extremely
optimistic about its prospects for the future.
