The Company also announces the publication of its Notice of Annual General 
Meeting for 2009 and Proxy Form. The Meeting will be held on 27 February 2009 at 
11a.m. at the offices of Muckle LLP at Time Central, 32 Gallowgate, Newcastle 
upon Tyne, NE1 4BF.
