Publication of Circular 
 
The Company has today published a circular (the "Circular") to Shareholders 
setting out details of Proposals relating to the continuation of the Company, 
and to wind up the Company voluntarily if the continuation of the Company is 
not approved. 
 
A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and 
will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. A copy of 
the Circular will also be available on the Company's website www.castleaa.com 
 
Expected timetable: 
 
Extraordinary General Meeting at 11 a.m. on 18 April 2011
