DIRECTORS' DEALINGS 
 
 
The Board of CBG Group plc ("the Company"), the Manchester based insurance 
broker and financial services specialist, announces that it was today informed 
of the following trades by Laurie Turnbull, the Company's Non-Executive 
Chairman. On 18 January 2010, Mr. Turnbull purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 4 
pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a  price of 52.6 pence per 
share. On 19 January 2010, Mr. Turnbull purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a 
price of 58.26 pence per share. 
 
 
The table below sets out the total aggregate holdings and his interest in the
