The Company announces that it has been notified that David Griffith, Group
Finance Director, has today bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p in the Company
at a price of 5 pence per share.  Following this transaction Mr Griffith has a
beneficial interest in 190,000 Ordinary shares.
