Conder Environmental plc ("Conder" or the "Company")

Pre Close Trading Update

The directors of Conder are pleased to announce a trading update in respect of
the year ended 30 April 2007. Since the interim results for the group were
announced on 26 January 2007, a significant proportion of the first half loss
has been recovered in the second half. The second half has also been cash
generative, following the disposal of Vikoma International Limited, previously
announced on 26 January 2007.

Further, the group has achieved a small profit before tax in the first two
months of the new financial year. The Board expects the year ending on 30 April
2008 as a whole to be profitable and cash generative.

The Company expects to issue its preliminary announcement of its results for the
year ended 30 April 2007 in mid-September.
