The Company has today been notified by Gartmore Investment Limited, Gartmore
Fund Managers Limited and Gartmore Global Partners that they have increased
their notifiable interest in the Company following a purchase of 1,875,000
shares on 11th January 2007 and that the resulting holdings are as follows:
