company, announced today that it was informed on August 21, 2008 that on August 19, 2008 Timothy Rogers, Executive Vice
President-International, bought 450 Clean Diesel Technologies common shares at a price of 450 pence per share. Following this purchase Mr.
Rogers has a beneficial interest in 1,200 Clean Diesel shares.
