The Company announces that on 15 November 2010 both Peter Cassidy and Philip 
Cassidy, Joint Managing Directors informed the Company that on 15 November 2010, 
Peter Cassidy, purchased a total of 6,885 ordinary shares of 10p ("Ordinary 
Shares") in the Company at 40 pence each and that Philip Cassidy, purchased a 
total of 6,866 Ordinary Shares at 40 pence each. 
 
Following the above transactions: 
 
The beneficial interest of Peter Cassidy is now 127,943 Ordinary Shares 
representing 2.31 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company. 
 
The beneficial interest of Philip Cassidy is now 127,924 Ordinary Shares 
representing 2.31 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
