Creative Education Corporation Plc ("CEC")


CEC announces that on 5 April 2005, 1,000,000 ordinary shares were approved and
issued at 5p per share pursuant to a conversion of loan notes issued by the
Company on 24 September 2004. Application will be made for the 1,000,000
ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings in these shares are
expected to commence on 13 April 2005.

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue.
