In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's ("FSA") Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules, China Evoline Plc (the 'Company') (AIM: CEVO) advises that, 
as at the date of this announcement, it has a single class of quoted shares in 
issue being ordinary shares of 1 penny each ('Ordinary Shares'), carrying one 
vote per Ordinary Share. 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company's Ordinary Shares is 
310,265 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify 
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the 
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
