The Company was notified on 11 July 2006 that Dimitrios Podaridis, a Director of
the Company, purchased 100,000 shares at 42.25p per share on 10 July 2006. This
increases Mr Podaridis' shareholding in the Company to 28,122,500 ordinary
shares, which equates to 58.10% of the total issued share capital of the
Company.
