                             Directors Shareholding

The Company was informed on 15 November 2006 that James Podaridis sold 180,000
shares at 20p per share on 24 August 2006. The Company has been further informed
that 180,000 shares were subsequently purchased at 20p on 24 August 2006 and
transferred to a trustee company that holds these shares in trust for James
Podaridis. James Podaridis's beneficial interest in Hot Tuna Shares is therefore
unchanged at 29,127,500 shares representing 59.6% of the Company's issued share
capital. The shares are held as follows:
