Chloride Group PLC ("the Company") announces that Keith Hodgkinson, a director,
made the following transactions relating to ordinary shares in the Company on 11
February 2008:-
     
*    exercise of 200,000 share options at 78.5 pence per share
*    exercise of 261,702 share options at 45.75 pence per share
*    exercise of 180,547 performance/deferred bonus share awards at a �nil
     exercise price
*    sale of 942,249 shares at �1.74 per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Hodgkinson now holds 552,567 (0.21%) of the
Company's ordinary shares.
