               ClearDebt Group Plc ("ClearDebt" or "the Company") 
 
                              Grant of EMI Options 
ClearDebt Group plc announces that on 21 September 2010 it granted EMI share 
options to employees over a total of 1,000,000 ordinary 0.5 pence shares in the 
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1.75p per share representing approximately 0.3 
per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The grant of options 
included a grant to David Mond, CEO, of 500,000 EMI options to subscribe for 
Ordinary Shares at 1.75p per share. The Company also granted to David Shalom 
500,000 EMI options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at 1.75p per share. 
In each case David Mond and David Shalom now hold options over 875,000 Ordinary 
Shares representing approximately 0.3 per cent each in the Company. 
The EMI options are ordinarily exercisable between 21 September 2013 and 21 
September 2020.
