    DIRECTOR'S DEALING


    Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited ("the Company") (ASX: CFE, AIM: CLIO) announces that it was notified today (31 October 2008) that Mr
Timothy Paul Turner, a non-executive Director of the Company, bought 150,000 ordinary shares on 30 October 2008 for the total consideration
of A$30,000. 

    Following the above transaction, Mr Turner's beneficial interest in the Company is as set out below:
