    Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited ("the Company") (ASX: CFE, AIM: CLIO) received notification today that Unicredit Aton International
Limited has a relevant interest in 36,871,885 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 7.28% of the Company's total voting rights,
following an acquisition on 27 November 2008 at a price of approximately EUREUR0.09 per share. The registered holder of the Ordinary Shares
is Unicredit Aton International Limited.
