            RESULT OF THE COMPANY'S EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF 
                        3 NOVEMBER 2010 (the "Meeting") 
 
Further to the Company's announcement on 15 October 2010 the Chairman moved a 
proposal for the indefinite adjournment of the Meeting. 
The proposal was approved by the Meeting, and the Meeting was accordingly 
adjourned indefinitely. 
The Board, along with the Company's Investment Manager and corporate broker, is 
actively considering the Company's options and will communicate further 
proposals to Shareholders in due course. 
Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement will have 
the same meaning given to such terms in the Circular of the Company dated 8 
October 2010.
