Coolabi plc (the "Company")

Cancellation of Trading on AIM

North Promotions plc announced on 5 December 2011 that it had declared its recommended offer for Coolabi plc wholly unconditional. Accordingly, application has been made for cancellation of admission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 6 January 2012. It should be noted therefore that the last day of dealings in the Ordinary Shares is expected to be 5 January 2012.
