    The board of Clerkenwell Ventures announces that it received notification on 9 June 2008 from Hargreave Hale Limited that, as at 6 June
2009, Hargreave Hale Limited has an indirect interest in 8,238,832 ordinary shares representing 9.99% of the voting rights in the Company. 

    The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.
