The Board of the Company has received formal notification that David Page, 
Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has today transferred to his pension fund 
100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 21.5 pence 
per share. 
 
 
Following the completion of the above transaction, Mr Page's 
interests (including family interests) in ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
