Centurion Electronics plc (the "Company") was notified today by Collins Stewart
(CI) Ltd that following a purchase of 1,000,000 of the Company's ordinary shares
on 1 April 2005, Ravensworth (International) Ltd is interested in 1,000,000
shares representing 4.02 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.  The shares are registered in the name of Forest Nominees Ltd.
