Substantial Shareholder Dealings


Conival Plc ("Conival" or "the Company", AIM:CVL), the specialist branded food
and beverage company, was informed that on 19 November that Corvus Capital Inc
("Corvus"), a substantial shareholder in the Company, sold 5,855,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company at an average price of 0.7p per share.

Following the sale Corvus's total holding in Conival is 44,875,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 12.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
