Cybit received notification yesterday that, on 21 February 2006, Sir John
Wheeler, Non executive director of the Company, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares
of 5p each at 561/2p per share. Following this acquisition Sir John holds 20,000
shares representing 0.09 per cent. of the issued share capital.
