Cybit received notification on 12 September 2007 that, on 11 September 2007, Sir
John Wheeler, Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each at 55 pence per share. Following this purchase Sir John
Wheeler holds 40,000 shares representing 0.17 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
